Q: How can I get the quotation?
A: Please send us information for quote: drawing, material, quantity or other request,we can accept PDF, ISGS, DWG, STEP file format.If you don't have drawing, please send the sample to us,we can quote based on your sample too.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A:Depends on your specific items.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, but it's not free.
Q: What about the leading time for mass production?
A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally, 15 days to 20 days after your deposit if no tooling needed.
Q: What if the parts are not good?
A:We can guarantee good quality,but if happened,please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problem,and solve it asap.

2.During processing , our IPQC will check the machining parts every hours ensure no any rejects.
3.FQC will check the products before sending to the warehouse.
4.100% inspected by OQC before shipping out
Q: How to deliver the goods?
A: We deliver the products by Air shipping , Ocean shipping , Express delivery(DHL , FedEx , UPS , TNT , EMS etc .)
Q: Can we get some samples before mass production?

Q: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A: Yes, we will keep them well and won't release them to the third party without your permission.
