The investment casting process is capable of producing parts with complex shapes and precise dimensions, along with a high surface finish, which minimizes the need for further machining. This process allows for the use of various stainless steel alloys, resulting in castings with excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and high-temperature performance. Additionally, the high material utilization and low waste contribute to reduced overall manufacturing costs.

We are experts in investment casting and one of China's leading manufacturers of stainless steel precision castings. Our factory is equipped with three precision casting lines, utilizing both medium and low-temperature wax processes, and a machining workshop, with an annual production capacity of up to 7,000 tons of castings. To enhance our core technological competitiveness, we have consistently focused on increasing the automation level of our production equipment. The casting workshop features fully automated wax injection machines, a wax injection process group control system, automated shell-making robots, and an automatic temperature and humidity control system for the drying chambers. Our technical team has also independently designed a computerized batching system, equipped with a subcontracted pouring robotic arm and a large-scale shell-breaking robotic arm. Through continuous technological upgrades, our investment castings can reach a maximum weight of 300kg.
