Used for manufacturing racks, boxes, etc. Although gray cast iron has lower strength, plasticity, and toughness than other cast irons, it has excellent vibration damping, low notch sensitivity, and high wear resistance. In order to meet the requirements from different customers, gray cast iron has many grades which can offer a wide range of mechanical and physical properties.
